At our store, we do not offer a return policy. However, we do provide an exchange option for eligible products.
If you wish to request an exchange, you must notify us within 2 days (48 hours) from the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
The product should not be damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
Please note that additional delivery charges will apply for all exchange requests, and these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to decline the exchange request.
